Temperature/Voltage Sensor

Innosilicon Temperature/Voltage Sensor IP is designed for on-chip temperature or voltage measurement, such as core power supply voltage, which can be used to monitor chip temperature and the IR drop on core power supply.

Innosilicon Temperature/Voltage Sensor IP consists of successive approximation analog-to-digital converter and bandgap reference. The typical conversion sampling rate is up to 100KS/s. The conversion rate could be adjusted by changing the clock frequency or increasing the clock cycles of a conversion.

  • -40℃~125℃ temperature range and +/-5℃ temperature accuracy

  • 0.2V~1.2V voltage range and +/-10mV voltage accuracy

  • 10-bit SARADC up to 100KS/s sampling rate

  • Current consumption: 300uA @ 100KS/s

  • Built-in bandgap reference
